A Grievance Redressal Cell in TIM training college is a formal mechanism or committee established to address and resolve complaints, grievances, or concerns raised by individuals, typically in an institutional setting. Grievance Redressal Cells in colleges aim to

  • Provide a platform for students to report grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal issues.
  • Ensure timely and fair resolution of grievances.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
  • Promote transparency and accountability.
  • Address issues related to harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment.

ICC  OF THE COLLEGE - AN INTRODUCTION 

       

The Internal Complaint Cell of TIM training College is dedicated to addressing and resolving issues of sexual harassment within the campus. This cell plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students and staff. It conducts workshops and seminars to raise awareness about sexual harass ment, educate the community on their rights and responsibilities, and promote gender sensitivity. Additionally, the cell organizes orientation programs for new students to inform them about the policies and procedures related to harassment. Through these initiatives, the Internal Complaint Cell aims to foster a secure and inclusive atmosphere at TIM College
